Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alex Paul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darren Ferguson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Alex Paul! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Darren Ferguson! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Steven Brown and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Paul lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Ferguson doesn't manage to clinch there - Paul circles away.
Paul could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Paul tries to clinch but Ferguson moves out of range. Darren Ferguson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ferguson fails with a takedown attempt. Paul has taken the fight to the clinch.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Ferguson. Ferguson can't break the clinch.
Ferguson putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Paul in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Paul drags the fight down to the ground.
Ferguson tries to stand but Paul is controlling from the bottom. Ferguson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Ferguson postures up.
Paul is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Ferguson is looking to stand up but Paul won't let him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ferguson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Paul swivels though and keeps the full guard. Paul has a closed guard, preventing Ferguson from standing up. Ferguson throws a big elbow that misses. Paul trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Paul is trying to keep Ferguson in close.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Alex Paul. Ferguson forces Paul back against the cage and clinches. Paul stalling.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ferguson trying to stall but Paul improves his position.
Ferguson successfully pulls guard.
Paul slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Ferguson looking to control.
Paul looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Paul's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Alex Paul just wasn't active enough. Paul misses with an attempted mid kick.
Ferguson is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Paul will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Paul throws a nice looking combination but Ferguson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Ferguson lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Ferguson scores with the left hand. Paul knows he should have avoided that one. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Ferguson throws a nice looking combination but Paul bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ferguson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Paul swivels and escapes. Paul throws a wild body kick that Ferguson sees coming a mile off. No luck with that takedown attempt from Ferguson. Alex Paul has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Darren Ferguson. Paul tries to clinch but Ferguson is having none of it. Ferguson listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Paul is rocked! Paul is keeping his hands low and just asking to be knocked out. Ferguson Raises his leg and lands a stunning axe kick! Paul is out cold, face down on the mat!
