The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paul lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Ferguson doesn't manage to clinch there - Paul circles away.
Paul could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Paul tries to clinch but Ferguson moves out of range.
Darren Ferguson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Paul has taken the fight to the clinch.
