The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Webbs throws a half hearted mid kick.
Chantsle tries to clinch up but Webbs circles away and keeps his distance.
Chantsle shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Webbs misses with a head kick.
Chantsle fails with the takedown

and Webbs counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Webbs.
Chantsle is trying to pull guard but Webbs has him pressed against the cage.
Jonny Webbs has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ravilth Chantsle.
Webbs wants a takedown.
Chantsle doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Webbs is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Chantsle pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Chantsle tries for a takedown. No joy.
Chantsle is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Webbs to keep the fight standing.
Webbs avoiding damage as Chantsle throws knees to the body.

Chantsle is looking to take this one to the mat.
Webbs has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Chantsle is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Chantsle tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Webbs smiles and moves away.
Webbs keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Webbs shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Chantsle napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Webbs wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Chantsle, who protects the arm well.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Chantsle can do anything to dispel that myth.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Webbs has hold of Chantsle's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Chantsle tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Webbs cranks the arm and Chantsle screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Chantsle, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
