Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ethen Haris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Barn Door (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ethen Haris! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Barn Door! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Stewart Dunkirk and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Haris tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Door paws at him with a jab and circles away. Ethen Haris seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Haris takes the fight into the clinch. Door is working for takedown but Haris is calmly controlling the position for now. Haris manages to break the clinch.
Haris shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Door's guard. Haris loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Haris looking to pass the guard. Door is trying to control the position but Haris postures up. Door keeping moving, preventing Haris from controlling successfully. Haris wants to pass the guard but Door is keeping the position. Door wants to sweep here but Haris controlling him for the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Haris trying to control the position from guard on top but Door is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
We're going to have a standup here because Ethen Haris wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Haris wants to clinch up but Door keeps it at a distance. Haris scores a takedown into full mount! Haris looking to control but Door is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Haris throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Door because Haris loaded up on that one. Haris moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Door has worked his arm free - good work by Door!
Door manages to work his way to half guard, despite Haris's best efforts.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Haris missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Door misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Door is trying to get back to full guard. Haris is trying to control the action in half guard but Door is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Haris seems to be working for a kimura but Door defends the submission attempt. Door is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Door wants to control but Haris is keeping busy and won't allow it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Door wants to improve his position but Haris is controlling well.
Haris really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Haris trying to control the pace. Door is refusing to be controlled, as Haris sits in half guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Ethen Haris wasn't doing enough on the ground. Haris doesn't succeed with the takedown and Haris takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Haris is breathing heavily. Haris wants to clinch. Haris misses with an attempted mid kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Door shoots in but Haris avoids the takedown attempt easily. Door slaps away a takedown attempt from Haris, before circling back to the center of the mat. Door shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Door scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Haris?
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Ethen Haris will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Haris tries for a takedown but Door circles away easily and Door connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Door swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Door scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Haris will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Door lands a nice looking body kick. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Haris misses with a takedown attempt and Door counters with a thumping low kick. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ethen Haris. That's going to take a lot out of him. Door shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Haris manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Door sitting in guard, not really doing much.
That's one minute gone in the round. Door postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Door controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Haris wants to control but Door passes easily into half guard.
Nice strikes from Door there. Door working Haris over with strikes.
Haris is rocked! Door lands a big elbow - Haris is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Door!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Barn Door!
