Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Smitty Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rob Bradley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smith comes into the arena with My Will Be Done - Unearth blaring out of the sound system. Bradley is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Paper Planes. Smitty Smith has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Smitty Smith ! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rob Bradley! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Frank Dennis and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bradley fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Bradley shoots in but Smith avoids the takedown attempt easily. Nice sprawl there from Smith as Bradley shoots in. Smitty Smith has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rob Bradley. Smith misses with a wild combination.
Bradley looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. The fight moves into the clinch position. Bradley misses with a knee strike.
Bradley is working for takedown but Smith is calmly controlling the position for now. Bradley looks gassed! Smith looking to stall.
Bradley drops down looking for an ankle pick but Smith pulls his leg out and moves away.
Smith throws a right and a left that both miss. Bradley avoids the head kick by Smith .
Smith moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Smith lands a with a good body shot. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Smith wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Smith stuffs the takedown attempt from Bradley. Bradley gets slowly back to his feet. Smith scores with a takedown into Bradley's guard. Bradley looking to hit a scissor sweep but Smith is one step ahead there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bradley had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Smith is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Bradley Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Smith 's back instead. Bradley keeps control of the position as Smith tries to break free.
Bradley is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Smith defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. Smith rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Bradley works his foot free and advances to mount. Bradley prevents Smith from getting the reversal. Bradley has hold of Smith 's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Smith manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Smith working to try and regain half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Smith defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Bradley. Bradley is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Smith is surviving well by controlling Bradley's body position as best he can. Bradley is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Smith can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Bradley prevents Smith from getting the reversal. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bradley gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!Smith pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Smith will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Bradley shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Bradley showed some decent athleticism there. Bradley is thwarting Smith 's attempts to control the position. Smith wants to get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Smith has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Bradley is working away from the top position though. Smith is pressing down on Bradley's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Smith uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Smith pulls out of a head kick attempt.
The fighters circle momentarily. Smith darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Bradley has his takedown stuffed and Bradley takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Smith pushes Bradley away with a front kick. Rob Bradley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Smith throws a head kick that misses. Bradley darts in trying to clinch and Smith holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Bradley scores with a knee to the head.
Bradley using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Smith has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Bradley keeps control of Smith as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Bradley lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Smith backwards. Bradley misses with the head strike.
Bradley with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Bradley throws a head punch that misses. Smith misses with a knee strike.
Bradley tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Smith connects with a nasty looking knee right to Bradley's face.
Bradley lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Bradley changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Smith fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Bradley moves into the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bradley has hold of one of Smith 's legs. Smith is fighting the takedown attempt but Bradley gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage! Smith keeping full guard, as Bradley tries to pass. Bradley stands up from guard. Let's bang! Smith moves into the clinch. Smith wants to break the clinch but can't.
Smith with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Smith escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bradley avoids the head kick by Smith .
Bradley misses with a takedown and Smith counters with a stiff right hand. Smith chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Smith tries to clinch but Bradley moves out of range. Smith clinches up against the cage. Bradley lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Smith wants to get back to his feet.
Bradley is looking for a kimura but Smith is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Bradley to get the leverage. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Smith is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Bradley's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Bradley's back! Bradley turns into Smith and is now in his guard.
Bradley pushes down on Smith 's leg and manages to get into half guard. Bradley is trying for a kimura here. Smith looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Bradley wins by kimura!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Rob Bradley!
