Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Donald Grub and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vega tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kdkkd swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Kdkkd shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Vega sprawls well. Vega wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kdkkd gets slowly back to his feet.
Vega fails with a takedown attempt.
Vega tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kdkkd swivels and escapes.
Kdkkd moves into the clinch.
Kdkkd tries to pull guard but Vega won't allow it.
Vega blocks the elbow strike.

Vega shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Vega showed some decent athleticism there.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Vega is in the full mount, landing strikes.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kdkkd is squirming around, avoiding Vega's attempts to control the action.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Vega scores with a decent looking hook.

Vega is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Kdkkd is breathing heavily.

Vega is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Kdkkd doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Vega.

Vega has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Vega has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Kdkkd's face.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Kdkkd can do anything to dispel that myth.
Vega has control of Kdkkd's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Kdkkd regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Vega looking to control but Kdkkd is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Vega lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Vega looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Vega tries to control but Kdkkd wriggling away.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Kdkkd fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Vega throws a sloppy head kick and Kdkkd moves out of range easily.

Vincent Vega overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Vega manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Kdkkd manages to get himself to full guard.

Vega could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Kdkkd keeping moving, preventing Vega from controlling successfully.
Kdkkd takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Vega stays in close to Kdkkd's body and controls the position.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Vincent Vega just wasn't active enough.
Vega paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Vega changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kdkkd tries to avoid it but Vega manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kdkkd to the ground. Kdkkd escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Vega closes this distance looking for a takedown but Kdkkd circles away.
Kdkkd has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Vega.
Vega dives in and scores a takedown into Kdkkd's guard.
Vega stays in close to Kdkkd's body and controls the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Vincent Vega wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Vega closes the distance and clinches up with Kdkkd, looking for a takedown. Vega pushes Kdkkd against the cage but Kdkkd circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Vega shoots in looking for a takedown but Kdkkd manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Vega's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Kdkkd drives through and clinches with Vega against the cage.
Kdkkd tries to score a body lock takedown but Vega shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Kdkkd drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Vega gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Kdkkd throws a strike but Vega rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Kdkkd working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Vega doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Vega manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Kam Kdkkd has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Vega's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
