Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dynamite Shikoku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Higgs Boson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shikoku comes to the cage accompanied by Shikoku Shikoku. Both these fighters are unbeaten, so somebody's 0 has got to go!The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Wesley Smith and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boson scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Shikoku jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Boson thows a left - swing and a miss!
Boson falls off balance throwing a combination
and Shikoku counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Boson's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Shikoku connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Boson scrambles back to his feet.
It looks like Higgs Boson has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Boson scores with a jab. Shikoku acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

and Shikoku cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Boson closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Boson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Boson throws a body punch but Shikoku moves out of range.

Boson stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Shikoku.

Shikoku is working Boson over against the cage.
Boson blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Boson is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Boson wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Shikoku has him pressed against the cage.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Shikoku creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Shikoku lands with a short shot to the head.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Shikoku.
That has opened up Higgs Boson's cut even more.
Shikoku is pushing Boson up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

The cut above Higgs Boson's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Shikoku goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Boson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Boson tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
A nice inside leg kick there by Shikoku. That's going to slow Boson down.
A combination from Boson does no damage.
Boson loads up on a big right hand but Shikoku slips the punch.
Boson drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Higgs Boson's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Shikoku scores with a body shot.
Boson looks gassed!
A slow jab from Boson misses its intended target.
Shikoku slips a straight right by Boson.
Boson avoids the head kick by Shikoku.

Shikoku fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Boson.

Shikoku lands with a kick to the temple. Boson shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Higgs Boson's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Dynamite Shikoku!
