Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Nard Betker and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eric gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Eric is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Sorrentino is aware though and is defending well.

Sorrentino got a little sloppy there for a moment and Eric has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Sorrentino has managed to get both his arms back between Eric's legs - danger averted.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Eric will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Eric escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Sorrentino gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Eric looking for a triangle here. Sorrentino is fighting it but it looks tight! Eric pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Sorrentino is tapping out - this one is all over!
