Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vadim Lavrov!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lavrov misses with an uppercut
and Lindstroem counters with a good, hard body kick but Lavrov shrugs it off.
Lavrov checks the leg kick nicely there.
Lindstroem looks for the body kick but Lavrov saw that one coming.
Lindstroem tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A head kick by Lindstroem misses
and Lavrov counters with a low kick, right behind Lindstroem 's knee.
Lavrov has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Lindstroem.
Lindstroem connects with a high kick.
Soeren Lindstroem seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lavrov tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lindstroem was well out of range. Poor timing from Lavrov.
Lavrov misses with the combination.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lavrov misses with a hook. Lindstroem ducked under it nicely.
Lindstroem walks into a straight right hand from Lavrov.
Lindstroem keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Lavrov connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Lindstroem's hands.

Lindstroem fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Lavrov checks it well.
Lindstroem tries a head kick but it misses.

A head kick lands from Lindstroem that sends Lavrov to the canvas. Lavrov tries to scramble back to his feet but Lindstroem brings him back down into side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lindstroem works to advance to full mount. Lavrov defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Lindstroem throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Lindstroem avoids the attempt from Lavrov to control.

Lindstroem looking to control but Lavrov is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Lindstroem seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Lavrov is holding on tight.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lavrov tries to reverse the position but Lindstroem maintains control.
Lavrov is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
Lavrov is squirming around, avoiding Lindstroem's attempts to control the action.
Lavrov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lindstroem. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Lindstroem fails to advance to Lavrov's back.

Lindstroem working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Lavrov turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Lindstroem off and cradles Lavrov's limp body as Lindstroem celebrates with his corner.
