1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Joseph Von Minoza! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Minoza misses with the combination.
Minoza gets tackled into the cage by Luzhin. Luzhin maintains the clinch. Luzhin keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Minoza's efforts to push away. Luzhin can't get the takedown.
Minoza being controlled against the cage. Minoza prevents a body shot from Luzhin. Luzhin slowing the pace effectively. Minoza is trying to force a seperation but Luzhin has the dominant position. Luzhin prevents Minoza from breaking the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Luzhin jumps guard but Minoza stands there with Luzhin around his waist. Luzhin gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Minoza wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Luzhin can't find room to land a body shot as Minoza controls the action.
Minoza is trying to push Luzhin away but Luzhin has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Minoza wants to break the clinch but can't.
Luzhin throws a head punch that misses. Luzhin misses with a hook to the ribs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Luzhin goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Luzhin goes for a takedown attempt but Minoza pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pyotr Luzhin. That's going to take a lot out of him. Minoza throws a looping overhand right but Luzhin ducks down to avoid it. Minoza is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
It looks like Pyotr Luzhin has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Luzhin gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Minoza gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
