Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cody Duncan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Liquid Metal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cody Duncan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Liquid Metal! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Cecil Peabody and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Metal looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Metal lands a jab to Duncan's midsection. Duncan is looking to clinch. Duncan darts in trying to clinch and Metal counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Duncan is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Metal shoots in for a takedown and gets it. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Metal stops Duncan from getting back to his feet.
Metal trying to control the action but Duncan is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Duncan is trying to stand back up but Metal is controlling him
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Liquid Metal has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Duncan tries to clinch there but Metal circles away.
Duncan tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Metal paws at him with a jab and circles away. Liquid Metal seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Metal wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Duncan lands a high kick!
Duncan throws a hook to the side of Metal's head but Metal sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Duncan closes the distance and clinches. Metal prevents Duncan from breaking the clinch. Duncan stops a takedown attempt from Metal.
Duncan tries to stall but Metal uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Duncan blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Metal is looking for a takedown. Duncan putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Metal in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. A head punch blocked on the inside by Duncan. Metal keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Duncan's efforts to push away. Duncan breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Metal just misses with a punch to the body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Duncan looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Duncan fails with an attempt to clinch.
Duncan tries to clinch but Metal moves out of range. Duncan throws a series of punches but Metal moves out of range.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Duncan tries to clinch up. Duncan gets caught flat footed, as Metal shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Metal chips away with some ground and pound. Metal won't allow Duncan to get back to his feet. Metal is standing up over Duncan. Duncan looks to escape but Metal dives into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Duncan is breathing heavily. Metal is putting a hurting on Duncan here, landing some big shots from side control. Metal prevents Duncan from escaping the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Check out the look on Metal's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Metal cracks Duncan with a big right hand but Duncan just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Duncan is trying to get back to his feet. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Metal working the ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Liquid Metal dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Metal misses with the combination.
Duncan takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Metal dives in and scores a takedown into Duncan's guard. Duncan wants to get back to his feet but Metal is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Metal is standing up over Duncan. Duncan looks to escape but Metal dives into side control.
Metal wants to lay and pray for a moment but Duncan keeps working.
That's one minute gone in the round. Duncan throws Metal to one side and escapes! Cody Duncan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Metal feints and as Duncan raises his hands in defense, Metal changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Metal stops Duncan from standing up. Duncan trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Metal distracts Duncan with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Duncan is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Metal dives into side control.
Metal working the ground and pound. Duncan wants to get back to his feet but Metal drags him back down. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Metal lands an elbow.
Duncan is rocked!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Metal in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Duncan looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Metal turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:32 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Liquid Metal!
