Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kevin Trout!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jason Hutton!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trout has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Trout there as he acknowledges the shot.
Hutton gets caught flat footed, as Trout shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Hutton looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Hutton throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Hutton can't keep his opponent in guard - Trout advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Trout is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Trout moves nicely into side control.
Trout gets to mount! Hutton was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Hutton is in all sorts of trouble here.
Hutton prevents Trout from taking his back.
Trout has control of Hutton's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Hutton regains control of the situation pretty easily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Trout is standing up, even though he is in mount.
Trout instigates a clinch.
Hutton wants to break free but Trout has control.
Hutton is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Trout decides to pull guard.
Trout is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Trout stands up and beckons Hutton to join him on the feet.
Hutton lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Hutton gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Trout to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Hutton looks gassed!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Trout drops back looking for a leg! Hutton is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Hutton manages to kick Trout off! Trout jumps back into Hutton's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Trout's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Trout won't allow Hutton to get back to his feet.
Trout working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Hutton's head.
Trout pushes down on Hutton's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Trout is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Hutton!
Trout landing strikes from the mount.
Trout is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Hutton can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Trout lands a big shot there that rocks Hutton but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Hutton is rocked!
Trout is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Trout extends the arm and Hutton is forced to tap!
