Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Juan Carlos Ortiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maximus Kole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kole has chosen Dragula- Rob Zombie as his entrance music. The key to victory for Juan Carlos Ortiz has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kole shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Ortiz's guard.
Ortiz preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

Kole drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Ortiz manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Kole has Ortiz in his guard.

Kole manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Ortiz manages to get himself to full guard.

Ortiz has his foot on Kole's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kole works his way back into a safe position though.
Kole must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
