Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Steve Zummi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dimitar Ivanov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zummi kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Gummi Bears. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Phil Schofield and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ivanov comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Ivanov misses with a wild combination.
Zummi throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Zummi wants to clinch up but Ivanov keeps it at a distance.
Ivanov tests Zummi's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Ivanov lands a left and a right that send Zummi crashing to the mat, dazed. Ivanov thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Steve Zummi has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Zummi blocks a jab.
Zummi tries to clinch there but Ivanov circles away.
A nice combination there by Ivanov.
Zummi is rocked!
Zummi get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Zummi stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Ivanov runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Dimitar Ivanov!
