Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Junior Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles Forte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Daniel Cesar and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Silva is defended easily by Forte.
Forte moves into the clinch.
Forte lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Silva has Forte pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Silva pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Forte tumbling to the mat - Silva dives into Forte's guard.
Forte is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Silva trying to control the position from guard on top but Forte is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Silva might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Forte will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Silva stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Forte swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Silva throws a big elbow that misses.
Forte is looking to stand up but Silva isn't so interested in that idea.
Silva thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Forte tries to strike from the bottom.
Forte is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Silva is controlling him.
Silva drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Silva jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Silva throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Forte works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Silva drops back looking for a leg! Forte is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Forte manages to kick Silva off! Silva jumps back into Forte's guard.

Silva has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Forte is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Silva looking for a takedown.

Forte's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Forte!
It looks like Junior Silva has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Forte displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Silva.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Junior Silva. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Silva is breathing heavily.
Forte bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Forte misses with a double jab.
Forte drives through and clinches with Silva against the cage.
Silva is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Forte pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Forte obliges.
Forte breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
OH! Silva has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Forte smells blood and charges in for the finish! Forte unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Silva sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!
