Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lorgar Grimnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jakub Jaskan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Lorgar Grimnar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jakub Jaskan! The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Emerson Jorge and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Grimnar gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Jaskan to score an easy takedown into full guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Jaskan stands and throws Grimnar's legs to the side, diving into side control. Jaskan working the ground and pound. Jaskan stands up and we're back to a striking position. Jaskan shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Grimnar's guard. Jaskan slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jaskan pushing down on Grimnar's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Jaskan escapes and gets back to his feet. Grimnar moves into the clinch. Jaskan is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Grimnar is defending well for now. Grimnar ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Grimnar no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Jaskan is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Jaskan tries to free his leg and advance position but Grimnar is retaining full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Jaskan throwing strikes but missing. Jaskan wants to pass the guard but Grimnar is keeping the position.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Jakub Jaskan. Grimnar clinches up with Jaskan and pushes him back against the cage. Jaskan breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Grimnar gets a clinch. This has been an exciting period of action! Grimnar wants to stall.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Grimnar jumps into guard, dragging Jaskan to the mat.
Jaskan stays in close to Grimnar's body and controls the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Jaskan lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jaskan works over Grimnar with some ground and pound from guard. Jaskan stands up and waves to Grimnar to follow him. Lorgar Grimnar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Grimnar moves into the clinch. Grimnar misses with a hook from the clinch. Jaskan manages to break the clinch.
Grimnar gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jaskan presses Grimnar against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Grimnar lands a takedown into guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jakub Jaskan dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Jaskan successfully pulls guard.
Grimnar stopping the sweep attempt from Jaskan. Jaskan manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Grimnar manages to get himself to full guard.
Jaskan cracks Grimnar with a solid left hand. Jakub Jaskan has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jaskan advances position into side control! Jaskan is trying to get an arm triangle but Grimnar is defending well. Jaskan decides to stand up, so the ref orders Grimnar to his feet. Grimnar darts in and clinches Jaskan up against the cage. Grimnar tries to circle away but Jaskan has him pinned against the cage. Grimnar drags the fight down to the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Grimnar preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Jaskan controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Grimnar working a defensive guard here.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Jaskan wants to pass the guard but Grimnar is keeping the position. Jaskan is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Jakub Jaskan. Grimnar clinches up against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Grimnar manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Jaskan pushing down on Grimnar's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Jaskan looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Jaskan lands with a punch from half guard. Jaskan wants to pass to mount but Grimnar is defending the position. Jaskan works his foot free and advances to mount. Jaskan controlling his opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jaskan lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Grimnar tries to reverse the position but Jaskan maintains control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jakub Jaskan showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Grimnar moves into the clinch successfully.

Jaskan moves into the clinch. Grimnar is trying to push Jaskan away but Jaskan has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Grimnar wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Jaskan jumps into guard, dragging Grimnar to the mat.
Jaskan is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Grimnar rolls with it to try and escape but Jaskan cranks on the arm and Grimnar is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
