Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ingmir Fischson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steven Gordon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ingmir Fischson looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ingmir Fischson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Steven Gordon! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paulsen Ambrosius and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fischson tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Gordon manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Gordon gets tackled into the cage by Fischson. Fischson maintains the clinch. Fischson lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Gordon backwards. Fischson has clasped his hands together around Gordon's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Gordon is looking for a sweep. Fischson stands up and beckons Gordon to his feet. A thudding body kick lands there by Gordon!
Fischson is breathing heavily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Gordon fails to land the takedown. Fischson tries to clinch there but Gordon circles away.
Gordon shoots in looking for a takedown. Fischson tries to sprawl out of it but Gordon keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fischson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Fischson moves in looking to clinch but Gordon pushes him off. Gordon shoots for a takedown but Fischson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Ingmir Fischson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Steven Gordon.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gordon misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Fischson has closed the distance and engaged Gordon in a clinch.
Gordon blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Gordon jumps guard but Fischson stands there with Gordon around his waist. Gordon gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Fischson is looking to break free of the clinch but Gordon has double underhooks. Gordon tries to score a body lock takedown but Fischson shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Fischson is working for takedown but Gordon is calmly controlling the position for now. Fischson stalling.
Fischson pulls guard effortlessly. Fischson wants to stand and escape but Gordon is having none of it.

Fischson fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Gordon, pushing him back against the cage. Gordon tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Fischson just stands there and leans against the cage. Fischson manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gordon prevents Fischson from getting back to his feet. Fischson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gordon on the ground. Fischson wriggles free and stands up. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Gordon fails with a takedown attempt. Fischson lands a two punch combo.

Fischson lands a jab-cross combination. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Fischson scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Gordon gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Fischson throws a series of strikes that have Gordon backpedaling.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ingmir Fischson dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
A jab from Fischson finds it's way through Gordon's defenses. Gordon wants to clinch up but Fischson keeps it at a distance. Gordon shoots in and drives through. Fischson sprawls well. Fischson doesn't manage to clinch there - Gordon circles away.
Fischson moves into range and clinches up with Gordon. Fischson jumps into guard, dragging Gordon to the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Gordon wants to control from the top but Fischson keeps moving. Gordon postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Fischson on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Fischson tries to get out of the position. Gordon wants to control from the top but Fischson keeps moving.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Steven Gordon hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Fischson moves into range and clinches up with Gordon. A frustrated look appears on Gordon's face as he tries to break the clinch. Gordon is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Fischson to keep the fight standing. Ingmir Fischson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Steven Gordon. Gordon tries to land a knee to the head but misses.

This has been an exciting period of action! Fischson ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Fischson no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Gordon wants to break the clinch but can't.
Gordon digs a right hand underneath Fischson's ribcage. Fischson let out a lung full of air as it connected. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Gordon. Gordon has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Fischson avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Gordon pulls guard effortlessly. Fischson postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gordon is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Fischson is controlling him. Fischson engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Gordon throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Fischson slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

That was a close second round but I would say that Ingmir Fischson will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Gordon pushes down on Fischson's leg and manages to get into half guard. Ingmir Fischson overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Fischson is not content to let Gordon control the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gordon controlling the pace. The ref stands the fighters back up. Steven Gordon was stalling too much, according to the referee. Fischson rushes Gordon and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Fischson's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Fischson tries to throw a body punch but Gordon avoids it by throwing Fischson back against the cage. Gordon has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Fischson after a bit of a struggle. Fischson wants to take the fight to the mat but Gordon manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Gordon jumps guard and drags Fischson to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Gordon looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Fischson is stalling in the full guard.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Fischson creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Fischson is pushing Gordon up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Steven Gordon has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Ingmir Fischson is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Fischson looking for a takedown.
And that's the end of the fight! Ingmir Fischson showed his dominance in that final round. Well Fischson has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
