The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leigh throws a nice inside leg kick.
Johnson wants to clinch
and Leigh counters with a nice kick to the body.
Johnson throws a series of punches but Leigh moves out of range.
Johnson shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Leigh scores with a kick to the body.
Leigh lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Johnson shoots in looking for a takedown. Leigh tries to sprawl out of it but Johnson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Leigh manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Johnson looks gassed!
Leigh scores with a jab to the jaw.

It looks like Steve Johnson has been cut.
Johnson fails to land with a series of punches.
Leigh connects with a high kick.

Leigh gets a clinch.
Johnson should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Leigh breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Johnson takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Leigh throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Leigh scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Leigh is looking to slow Johnson down with leg kicks.

Johnson needs to keep his hands up - Leigh had a free shot at his head there.

A kick lands to the mid section there for Leigh.
Leigh circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Johnson tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Leigh wins by KO!
