Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Don Billingsly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tiba Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Billingsly kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is My Kinda Party- Jason Aldean. Tiba Silva has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva scores with a takedown into Billingsly's guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Silva seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Billingsly knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Silva on the ground.
Silva drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Silva jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Silva shoots in looking for a takedown but Billingsly manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Silva's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Silva shoots for a double leg takedown but Billingsly sprawls well. He's pushed Silva's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Silva is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
No joy there for Billingsly, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Billingsly throws a series of punches but Silva moves out of range.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Billingsly lands with a straight right. Silva didn't see that one coming.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
