Filipovic moves out of range as McGettigan strikes.
McGettigan misses with a straight right.
McGettigan is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Filipovic.
McGettigan looks to land a left hand but Filipovic moved out of range nicely.

McGettigan tries to close the distance and clinch but Filipovic swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Filipovic shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts McGettigan as he jumps to the side.
Filipovic displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as McGettigan throws out the jab.

Oh, that's a big right hand from McGettigan and Filipovic goes tumbling to the canvas! McGettigan follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.

Filipovic is rocked!

It looks like Mirko Filipovic has been cut.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Filipovic makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
McGettigan fakes the body blow, causing Filipovic to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Filipovic goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
