Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pekka shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Guy trying to control the position.
Guy looking for a sweep. Not yet Guy, not yet.
Pekka avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Guy working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Pekka doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Pekka manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Guy looking for a guillotine here but Pekka defends easily.
Guy wants to sweep here but Pekka controlling him for the moment.

Pekka throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Guy works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Guy tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Pekka wants to stand but Guy has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Pekka trying to control but Guy is working from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Guy preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Pekka fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Guy with a poor takedown
and Pekka counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Guy lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Pekka!
Pekka is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

BOOM! Guy connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Pekka manages to regain half guard. Good work.
Pekka is looking to improve his position.
Pekka is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Guy is pressing down on Pekka's thigh, looking to free his foot. Pekka is holding on for now.
Pekka preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.
Guy is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Pekka wants to improve his position but Guy is controlling well.
Guy is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Guy slow jab from Pekka misses its intended target.
Guy throws a lazy right hand but Pekka sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Guy tries to clinch there but Pekka circles away.
Guy has his takedown stuffed
and Pekka counters with a shoot takedown. Guy fights it but they end up in guard.

Guy keeping moving, preventing Pekka from controlling successfully.
Guy has his foot on Pekka's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Pekka works his way back into a safe position though.

Pekka trying to control but Guy is working from the bottom.
Guy has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Pekka should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Guy has tightened it up now! Pekka should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
