Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mike Hunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juan Cavero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hunt's entrance music is The Realest Sport. A fine choice. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Daniel Franklin and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Hunt looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Hunt fails with an attempt to clinch.
Hunt shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Cavero counters with a right hand to the body.
Cavero misses with a double jab.

Hunt shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Cavero as he avoids it easily.

Hunt postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Cavero is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Hunt, into his guard.

Cavero is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Hunt is controlling him well.
