Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Columbo Gatti and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Worrell gets cracked there but stands up to it.
It looks like Eric Worrell has been cut.
Worrell moves out of range of the strikes.
Worrell misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Devaney avoids the body shot from Worrell.
Devaney cracks a nice hook into Worrell's ribs.
Devaney scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Worrell looks to land a right hand but Devaney moved out of range.
Worrell throws a sloppy head kick and Devaney moves out of range easily.
Worrell tries to close the distance and clinch up but Devaney swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Devaney lands with a shot to the body.

and Worrell counters with a nice double leg into side control. Devaney won't be happy with that.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Worrell trying to control the action but Devaney is working from the bottom.
Devaney is letting Worrell control him for a moment.

Devaney is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Worrell is controlling him well.

Worrell wants to lay and pray for a moment but Devaney keeps working.
We're going to have a standup here because Eric Worrell wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Worrell pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Devaney throws a right and a left that both miss.
The fight stays on the outside here - Devaney looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Devaney connects with a looping right hand.
Worrell fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Devaney, pushing him back against the cage.
Worrell wants to get back to striking at distance but Devaney won't allow it.
Worrell tries for a takedown but Devaney manages to get underhooks.
Devaney is trying to break the clinch but Worrell has him pressed against the cage.
Worrell wants a takedown but no success here.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Eric Worrell. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Devaney wants to break the clinch but can't.
Devaney wants to get back to striking at distance but Worrell won't allow it.
Worrell tries to score a body lock takedown but Devaney shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Devaney looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Devaney's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Devaney digs a good body shot into Worrell's ribs.
Devaney ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Devaney pounces like a tiger and cracks Worrell with a vicious hook! Worrell is down but not out! Devaney follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
