The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Colin Fray and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hester tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Blood connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Marcus Hester has been cut.
Hester thows a left - swing and a miss!
Blood avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Hester closes the distance but Blood moves to the side
and Blood counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Blood connects with a body shot that sends Hester's belly button to the back.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Blood is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

and Hester makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Blood really felt that one!

Hester tries to close the distance and clinch up but Blood swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Hester, as that shot connected.

Blood fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hester manages to avoid it.

Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Hester.

Blood is trying to force a seperation but Hester has the dominant position.
With the fighters up against the cage, Hester throws an elbow but misses.
Blood blocks a punch to the side of the head.

An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Hester.
Hester swings wildly with an uppercut but Blood uses good head movement to avoid it.
Hester pushes off an throws an elbow but Blood leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Blood throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Andy Blood is winning the standup battle so far.
Hester ducks right into an uppercut from Blood.
Marcus Hester's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Blood missing with a left hand there. Hester was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Blood jabbing away but nothing is landing.
