Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Boss Quatro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keith McBenderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Keith McBenderson told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Boss Quatro! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Keith McBenderson! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McBenderson fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Quatro moves into the clinch. McBenderson goes for a takedown attempt but Quatro pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Quatro shoots in for a takedown but McBenderson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Quatro shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. McBenderson is trying to defend but Quatro finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Quatro throwing shots but McBenderson is blocking nicely. Quatro throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Quatro controlling the action here. Quatro wants to free his trapped foot but McBenderson is holding on for dear life with his legs.
That's one minute gone in the round. McBenderson taking some punishment here, with Quatro in his half guard. Quatro not doing much here.
McBenderson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Quatro is working away from the top position though. Quatro controlling the action here. Quatro prevents McBenderson from standing back up.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Boss Quatro wasn't doing enough on the ground. Quatro drives through with a takedown into McBenderson's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McBenderson keeping moving, preventing Quatro from controlling successfully. Quatro slips nicely into half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Quatro works his foot free and advances to mount. Quatro controlling the position easily from mount. Quatro fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Quatro can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as McBenderson is looking to escape.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Quatro lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Quatro raining down hammerfists from mount. Quatro controlling the position easily from mount. McBenderson is bucking up trying to escape but Quatro cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
McBenderson is rocked! Quatro looking to secure an arm triangle but McBenderson defends it well. McBenderson is still in real trouble! Can Quatro finish him? Quatro content just to control the position here. Quatro with the ground and pound from mount. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Quatro postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked McBenderson badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Quatro around the waist but Quatro pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Quatro is the winner by TKO! Quatro jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
