Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Emmerich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raymond Crowe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Frank Emmerich! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Raymond Crowe! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Crowe throws a jab but it's blocked by Emmerich. Crowe scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Emmerich looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Emmerich showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Crowe.
Emmerich keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Crowe. Emmerich uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Crowe.
Emmerich drops Crowe with a beautiful combination! Crowe stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Emmerich is looking for the KO!
Crowe is rocked!
It looks like Raymond Crowe has been cut. Emmerich will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Crowe is still on wobbly legs! Can Emmerich finish him? Crowe is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Emmerich. Emmerich is looking to clinch. Crowe stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Frank Emmerich. That's going to take a lot out of him. An inside leg kick from Emmerich misses. Crowe seems to have recovered his senses. Emmerich fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Emmerich closes the distance and clinches up with Crowe, looking for a takedown. Emmerich pushes Crowe against the cage but Crowe circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Emmerich changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Crowe tries to avoid it but Emmerich manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Crowe to the ground. Crowe escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Nice takedown defense from Crowe. No joy for Emmerich on that attempt. Emmerich is breathing heavily. Crowe throws a left that rocks Emmerich and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Crowe dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Emmerich regain composure!
Emmerich is rocked!
It looks like Frank Emmerich has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Crowe moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Crowe works to advance to full mount. Emmerich defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Crowe sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Crowe avoids the attempt from Emmerich to control. Crowe controlling from the full mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Let's hope that Crowe has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Despite being in the dominant position, Raymond Crowe just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Emmerich is looking to slow Crowe down with leg kicks. Crowe misses the shot to the body. Nice sprawl there from Crowe as Emmerich shoots in. Crowe will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Crowe keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Crowe scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Raymond Crowe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Crowe throws a leg kick and Emmerich counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Crowe keeping moving, preventing Emmerich from controlling successfully. Crowe looking to sweep here. No luck so far. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Crowe can do anything to dispel that myth. Emmerich trying to control but Crowe is working from the bottom. Crowe kicks Emmerich off and gets to his feet. Emmerich throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Emmerich fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Crowe misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Crowe scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. No luck for Emmerich with that takedown attempt. Emmerich shoots in looking for a takedown. Crowe tries to sprawl out of it but Emmerich keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Crowe manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Emmerich avoids a punch combination nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nice sprawl there from Crowe as Emmerich shoots in. Crowe just misses with a punch to the body.

Emmerich steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Crowe. Emmerich looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Crowe fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Emmerich instigates a clinch. A hook to the body from Crowe.
Crowe lands a body punch. Crowe breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Emmerich lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Crowe crumples to the floor! Emmerich milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Frank Emmerich!
