Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Marin Perkovic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Piotr Miolnir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Perkovic's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Tyga - Rack City. On his way into the cage it seems that Marin Perkovic has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Marin Perkovic seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Marin Perkovic! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Piotr Miolnir! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Kenichi Hosakawa and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Perkovic lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Miolnir circles away quickly and effectively. Marin Perkovic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Miolnir dives in and grabs Perkovic's left leg, looking for a takedown. Perkovic pushes down on Miolnir's head and hops out. Miolnir shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Perkovic pinned against the cage. Perkovic gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Perkovic throws a combination. Miolnir tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Miolnir misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Marin Perkovic has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Piotr Miolnir. Miolnir shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Perkovic throws a nice looking combination but Miolnir bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Miolnir fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Miolnir looks gassed! Perkovic's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Perkovic duly obliges. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Miolnir shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Perkovic but Perkovic pushes him off and we're back to square one. Perkovic misses with the combination.

Miolnir shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Perkovic as he avoids it easily. Perkovic stalks Miolnir and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Miolnir's face. Miolnir staggers backwards, shaken. Perkovic fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Miolnir. Horrible takedown by Miolnir or perhaps it was just good defense by Perkovic which made him look bad. Miolnir will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Perkovic goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Miolnir avoids a punch combination nicely.

Miolnir will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Perkovic throws a series of punches but Miolnir avoids them all with ease. Miolnir looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Miolnir tries to score a power double leg takedown but Perkovic sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Miolnir somewhat. Miolnir shoots in for a takedown but Perkovic shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Perkovic tries to bum rush Miolnir with a series of wild strikes but Miolnir uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Miolnir shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Perkovic napping and manages to drive through into side control! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. The ground and pound from Miolnir seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Miolnir trying to control the position but Perkovic is working away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Miolnir thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Miolnir tries for a kimura but Perkovic is defending well. Perkovic on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Perkovic tries to get out of the position. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Perkovic regains half guard there - taking advantage of Miolnir's attempt to lay and pray for a moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Perkovic will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Right on cue, Miolnir cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

That was a close second round but I would say that Marin Perkovic will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Perkovic stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Perkovic wants it to stay on the feet. Miolnir shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Perkovic manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Miolnir dodges the punch combination from Perkovic.
Perkovic looks to land a combination but Miolnir avoids it well. Perkovic slaps away a takedown attempt from Miolnir, before circling back to the center of the mat. Perkovic throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Perkovic throws a series of punches but Miolnir moves out of range. Nice straight punches there by Perkovic. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Perkovic. Miolnir will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Nice takedown defense from Perkovic. No joy for Miolnir on that attempt. Miolnir shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Perkovic defends it nicely. A right-left combo lands from Perkovic. Miolnir changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Perkovic tries to avoid it but Miolnir manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Perkovic to the ground. Perkovic escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Perkovic lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Miolnir circles away quickly and effectively. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
