The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Preteni avoids the head kick by Zuyev.
Zuyev pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Preteni lands with a slapping head kick.

It looks like Alex Zuyev has been cut.
Zuyev looks gassed!
Preteni doesn't manage to clinch there - Zuyev circles away.
Zuyev fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Preteni tries to close the distance and clinch but Zuyev swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

and Zuyev counters with a shoot takedown. Preteni fights it but they end up in guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Preteni is looking to sinch up a triangle. Zuyev throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Preteni's body to avoid the submission. Preteni has instead reached around Zuyev's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Preteni arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
