Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vartan Sophaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Khash Mango (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sophaz comes into the arena with Sota (Shantel) blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Vartan Sophaz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Khash Mango!
The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Chris Saunders and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
An inside leg kick lands from Sophaz.
Mango shoots for a double leg takedown but Sophaz sprawls well. He's pushed Mango's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Sophaz blocks a head kick by Mango.
Mango throws a lazy head kick
and Sophaz counters with a stiff right hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mango shoots for a takedown but Sophaz saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Sophaz goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Sophaz lands a big right hand that sends Mango crashing to the mat! Sophaz stays standing though and waves Mango back to his feet!
Mango shoots in looking for a takedown. Sophaz tries to sprawl out of it but Mango keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sophaz manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Vartan Sophaz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Khash Mango.
Mango tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Sophaz manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
A solid leg kick lands there for Sophaz.
Mango looks gassed!
Sophaz circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Mango tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Sophaz wins by KO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Vartan Sophaz!
A relieved looking Vartan Sophaz thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
