Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sam Settliff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Santa Clause (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Settliff comes to the cage accompanied by here comes the boom_nelly. Clause is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Red earth by PISSING RAZORS. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Santa Clause! The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Colin Fray and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Clause looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Clause is looking for a kimura here.
Settliff is staying active underneath Clause, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Clause is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Clause moves into full mount! Settliff won't be happy about that! Clause has control of Settliff's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Settliff regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Clause is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Settliff can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Clause steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Settliff. Clause wants to clinch up but Settliff keeps it at a distance. Settliff feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Clauses jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
It looks like Santa Clause has been cut. Clause instigates a clinch. Settliff is trying to break the clinch but Clause has him pressed against the cage. Clause has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Settliff is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Settliff can't break the clinch.

Clause has clasped his hands together around Settliff's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. Clause working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Clause looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
