Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Linkin Portier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Janjak Boran (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boran is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Lief Klein Konijntje. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Reed Andrews and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boran lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Portier cracks Boran with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Portier misses the shot to the body.
Portier avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Boran ducks under a wild hook from Portier.
Portier misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Portier moves to clinch but Boran breaks away
and Boran counters with a slapping leg kick.
Portier tries to clinch there but Boran circles away.
Portier wants to clinch.
An inside leg kick lands from Boran.
Boran fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Portier has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Both fighters circling a little - Boran finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Boran throws a half hearted mid kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Boran feints and then cracks Portier's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Portier down.
A good leg kick by Boran.
Boran thuds his shin into the meat of Portier's side.

Portier moves out of range of the body kick.
Boran misses with a body kick.
Portier takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Boran uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Portier.
Portier chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Boran can pounce on him.
Portier throws an off balance right hand
and Boran connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Portier moves out of range of the body kick from Boran.
Boran tries a head kick but it misses.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Portier, as that shot connected.
Boran misses with an uppercut.
Portier rushes Boran and presses him up against the cage.

Boran avoids a wild elbow strike from Portier.
Portier is trying to stall.
Portier throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Boran blocks it with crossed arms.
Boran lands a body punch in the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Portier goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Boran breaks the clinch.
Nice jab there from Portier.
Boran lands a head kick. Portier smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Boran throws a head kick that misses.
Boran misses with a head kick.
Portier closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
A nice left hand lands by Boran.
Boran lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Portier.
Boran lands with a right to the head.

Portier trying to stall but Boran improves his position.
Boran breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Portier throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Boran connects with a nice looking jab.
Portier tries to clinch but Boran is having none of it.
Portier checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Boran tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Portier throws a body punch but Boran moves out of range.
Portier ducks under a wild hook from Boran.
Portier moves into range and clinches up with Boran.
Boran lands with a short shot to the head.
Portier misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Boran.
Boran lands with a right to the head.
Portier lands a body punch in the clinch.
Portier is trying to maintain a safe position but Boran gets an underhook and turns Portier into the cage.

Portier misses with a punch to the body.
Boran blocking some punches.
Boran lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Boran blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Portier wants to break the clinch but can't.
Boran avoiding damage as Portier throws knees to the body.
Boran cracks Portier with a nice body shot.
Portier is breathing heavily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Boran lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Boran is working Portier over against the cage.

Boran blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Boran gets through Portier's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Boran lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Portier or not.
Boran lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Portier backwards.
Boran breaks the clinch.
Portier takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Portier on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Boran connects with a solid leg kick.
The crowd cheers as Boran lands an impressive looking overhand right. Portier doesn't seem phased though.
Boran cracks the inside of Portier's front leg.
Portier tries to clinch up
and Boran counters with a low kick, right behind Portier 's knee.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Boran scores with a nice body kick.
Boran delivers a nice body kick.
Portier blocks the body kick.
Boran looks for the body kick but Portier saw that one coming.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Janjak Boran dominated that round.
That's time! Portier's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Portier misses with a low kick.
Boran lands a nice looking body kick.
Portier tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Boran counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Boran ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Portier drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Boran throws a push kick but Portier slaps the foot to one side.
Portier swings widly with a right hand
and Boran counters with a body kick that stops Portier in his tracks momentarily.
Boran thuds a left hand into Portier's body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Boran lands a nice leg kick that just misses Portier's sensitive parts.
Boran has taken the fight to the clinch.
Boran controlling the action here for a moment.
Boran lands with a right to the head.
Boran stalls.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Boran blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Portier wants to stall.
Boran gets through Portier's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Portier will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body.
Boran avoiding damage as Portier throws knees to the body.
Boran lands a hook to the side of the head.
Boran breaks the clinch.
Boran connects with a solid leg kick.
Portier throws a head kick that misses.
Portier thows a leg kick but Boran checks it
and Boran counters with a solid body kick.

Portier ducks right into an uppercut from Boran.
Portier has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Boran.
A nice inside leg kick there by Boran. That's going to slow Portier down.
Boran lands a big head kick that sends Portier tumbling to the mat! Boran takes a step backwards and waves Portier back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Boran rushes Portier with punches - Portier moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Portier goes down! Boran follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:51 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Janjak Boran!
