A fine choice. Anstey is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: remember the name. The key to victory for Waleed Malik has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malik tries a head kick but it misses.
Malik tries to close the distance and clinch up but Anstey swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Anstey blocks a head kick by Malik.
Malik misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Malik wants to clinch up but Anstey keeps it at a distance.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Malik.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Malik pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Anstey shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Anstey stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Malik swivels though and keeps the full guard.
