Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Travis Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keith Raw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Raw has chosen DMX - X Gonna Give It To Ya as his entrance music. Travis Jones has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Travis Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Keith Raw!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Lou da Vinci and Jonathan Paton.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Jones misses.
Jones connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Raw's hands.
Jones connects with a nice looking jab.
Jones thows a left - swing and a miss!
Jones looks to land a combination but Raw avoids it well.
Jones gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Jones clobbers Raw with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Raw throws a leg kick that misses.
Good leg kick by Jones there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Jones enables Raw to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Jones manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Raw working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Raw slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Raw tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Jones looks to move to half guard but instead Raw has passed into mount! Damn!

That's one minute gone in the round.

Raw is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Jones to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Jones shrugs it off.
Raw seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Jones is holding on tight.
Jones wants to hold on but Raw pushes him away.
Raw lands a nice shot to the head.
Raw working the ground and pound effectively.
Raw throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Jones defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Raw.

Raw is in the full mount, landing strikes.
The referee warns Jones that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Raw is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Jones can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Jones is bucking up trying to escape but Raw cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Jones is rocked!
Raw looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Jones covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
