Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mauricio Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Royale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Randy Royale!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Radbod Blank and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Royale misses.
Nice defenses there by Royale.
Royale slips a jab and a cross from Silva.
Silva gets caught flat footed, as Royale shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Royale throwing strikes but missing.
Silva on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Silva tries to get out of the position.
Royale trying to control the position from guard on top but Silva is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Royale has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Royale shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Silva sprawls well. Silva wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Royale gets slowly back to his feet.
Mauricio Silva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Randy Royale.
Royale takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Royale moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Silva slaps away a takedown attempt from Royale, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Royale takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Silva scores with a hook to the body. Royale takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Silva cracks Royale with an open hand slap.
Silva connects with a nice looking jab.
Silva connects with a stiff jab that staggers Royale - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
