Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Emanuel Estevez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert Assman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Emanuel Estevez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Robert Assman! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Assman moves out of range as Estevez throws a body kick.
Assman misses with a wild combination.
Estevez rushes Assman and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Estevez breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Assman shoots in but no luck this time. Excellent takedown into side control there by Estevez. Estevez is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Assman knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Estevez stands up. Estevez cracks Assman with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Assman rushes Estevez and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Estevez gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Estevez is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Estevez is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Estevez tries to pass to full mount but Assman defends it. Estevez is trying to control the action in half guard but Assman is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Estevez takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Estevez has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Estevez is looking for submissions but instead, Assman has regained full guard.
Estevez is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Assman bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Estevez's guard. Estevez is trying to control the position but Assman postures up. Estevez looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Assman gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Assman misses with a takedown attempt and Estevez counters with a nice low kick that buckles Assman's knee momentarily. Estevez closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Estevez is looking to take a break and control but Assman is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Assman is looking to regain half guard here but Estevez keeps moving and retains side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Estevez has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Assman shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Assman is figuring out what he wants to do next. Assman tries to pass the half guard into mount. Estevez knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Assman is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Estevez defends it well. Assman is looking for a kimura but Estevez is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Assman to get the leverage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Estevez trying to control here.
Assman seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Estevez is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
