The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fife lands a left and a right that send Pope crashing to the mat, dazed. Fife thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Some wild striking there from Fife.
Pope on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Fife. Fife obviously looking to wear him down.
Fife misses with a body shot
and Pope counters with a nice uppercut.
Fife throws a right and a left that Pope avoids nicely.
Fife swings for the body but Pope moves out of range.

Pope shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Pope showed some decent athleticism there.

Pope seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Fife is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
