The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fei Hong takes the fight into the clinch.
Hertschue is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Fei Hong gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Fei Hong creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Hertschue's defenses.

It looks like Ima Hertschue has been cut.

Hertschue jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Fei Hong walks away with a smile on his face. Hertschue gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Alan Fei Hong is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Fei Hong tries to clinch but Hertschue is having none of it.

Jeez, Ima Hertschue's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
