Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Chase (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gunter Streicher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Chase might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Bobcaygeon. Streicher is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Wait And Bleed. Johnny Chase has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chase keeps Streicher at a distance using the push kick.
Chase looks for the body kick but Streicher saw that one coming.
Chase waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Streicher.
Chase throws a front kick aimed at Streicher's knee but Streicher avoids it well.
Streicher ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Streicher throws a low kick but it's checked well by Chase.
Chase uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

and Chase counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Streicher is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Chase is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Streicher is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Chase is stalling here. Streicher is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Chase seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Streicher has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
