Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Naru Jarkko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samak Tiyapairat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jarkko kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Hawaii 78 & E ala E. Tiyapairat comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Ram Muay kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tiyapairat throws a head kick that misses
and Jarkko counters with a leg kick.
A low kick from Tiyapairat misses
and Jarkko counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Jarkko won't allow Tiyapairat to get back to his feet.
Jarkko works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Jarkko works his way into full mount!
Jarkko is landing with some decent strikes but Tiyapairat is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Jarkko can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Tiyapairat is looking to escape.

Tiyapairat is rocked!
It looks like Samak Tiyapairat has been cut.
Jarkko cracks Tiyapairat with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
