Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nolan Caswell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Constantin Bejenaru (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Caswell comes to the cage accompanied by Somebody that i used to know. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Constantin Bejenaru!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Reed Andrews and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caswell throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bejenaru gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Donk. Caswell catches Bejenaru right on the button with a cross.
It looks like Constantin Bejenaru has been cut.
Caswell throws a series of strikes that have Bejenaru backpedaling.
Caswell lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Bejenaru sprawling to the canvas. Caswell follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Bejenaru hang on?
Bejenaru is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Bejenaru gets full guard.
Bejenaru is still in real trouble! Can Caswell finish him?
Bejenaru keeping moving, preventing Caswell from controlling successfully.
Caswell loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Bejenaru seems to have recovered his senses.

Bejenaru's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Nolan Caswell just wasn't active enough.
Caswell slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Caswell throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Caswell moves into range and clinches up with Bejenaru.
Caswell's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Caswell throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bejenaru.
Caswell moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
That has opened up Constantin Bejenaru's cut even more.
Some wild striking there from Caswell.
Caswell is breathing heavily.
Bejenaru changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Caswell tries to avoid it but Bejenaru manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Caswell to the ground. Caswell escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Nice takedown defense from Caswell. No joy for Bejenaru on that attempt.
A slow jab from Caswell misses its intended target.
Caswell throws a head kick that misses.
Bejenaru throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Caswell's waist but Caswell gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bejenaru off to one side.
Nolan Caswell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Constantin Bejenaru.
Bejenaru uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Caswell.
A big right from Caswell misses.
Bejenaru feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Bejenaru is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Bejenaru thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Bejenaru drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Bejenaru seems to have locked his on tight now - Caswell screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Bejenaru, as he picks up the win!
