Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pekka Soikkeli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bodie Long (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Soikkeli comes to the cage accompanied by Lordz Of Brooklyn - Lake Of Fire. Long has chosen Friends In Low Places as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pekka Soikkeli!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soikkeli throws a one two combo.
Long looks for a takedown but Soikkeli sprawls well.
Soikkeli feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Soikkeli would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Long really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Soikkeli. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
