Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rick Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donald Coffee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kane comes to the cage accompanied by entersandman. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rick Kane! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Donald Coffee! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kane blocks a low kick nicely. Coffee misses with an uppercut. Coffee stuns Kane with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. A combination from Coffee does no damage. Coffee misses with a hook. Coffee stuffs the takedown attempt from Kane. Kane gets slowly back to his feet. A big left from Coffee misses. Kane shoots in for a takedown but Coffee shows good takedown defense. Coffee tries to bum rush Kane with a series of wild strikes but Kane uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Kane fails with a takedown attempt from distance. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rick Kane. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kane is breathing heavily. Kane avoids the head kick by Coffee.
Kane fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Coffee throws a series of punches but Kane avoids them all with ease. Coffee connects with a body shot. Kane takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
It looks like Rick Kane has been cut. Kane slips under a jab. Kane shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Coffee as he jumps to the side. Kane lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Kane shoots in and drives through. Coffee sprawls well. Donald Coffee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Coffee jabbing away but nothing is landing. Kane tries for a takedown but Coffee sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Coffee thows a leg kick but Kane checks it and Kane counters with a big head kick but Coffee shrugs it off. Coffee throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Kane counters with a one-two to the body. A head kick by Coffee misses and Kane counters with a nice low kick that buckles Coffee's knee momentarily. Kane closes the distance and clinches. Coffee can't break the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kane prevents Coffee from breaking the clinch. Kane manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Kane pulls guard successfully.
Coffee would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Coffee stopping the sweep attempt from Kane. Kane working for a triangle but Coffee defends it easily.
Kane looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Kane is looking to sinch up a triangle. Coffee throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Kane's body to avoid the submission. Kane has instead reached around Coffee's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Kane arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
