Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Alan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Zimanic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for James Alan has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, James Alan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Frank Zimanic! The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Seu Braga and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zimanic shoots in for a takedown but Alan shows good takedown defense. Alan stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Zimanic throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Zimanic avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Zimanic fails to land with a series of punches.
Horrible takedown by Alan or perhaps it was just good defense by Zimanic which made him look bad. Alan moves into the clinch. Alan is trying to break the clinch but Zimanic has him pressed against the cage. Zimanic wants a takedown but no success here.
Zimanic prevents Alan from breaking the clinch. Alan prevents a takedown attempt there.
James Alan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Frank Zimanic. Zimanic tries for a takedown. No joy.
Zimanic looks gassed! Zimanic tries for a takedown but Alan manages to get underhooks.
Alan manages to break the clinch.
Alan scores with the left hand. Zimanic knows he should have avoided that one.
That's one minute gone in the round. A combination from Alan does no damage. Alan swinging wilding here.
Zimanic throws a left and a right that both miss
and Alan counters with a right hand that sends Zimanic tumbling to the canvas! Can Alan finish him? He dives into Zimanic's guard looking to do just that!
Zimanic is rocked! Alan trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Zimanic is still in real trouble! Can Alan finish him? Alan will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Zimanic is looking to sweep but instead, Alan has passed into half guard.
It looks like Alan is going to stand back up.
Zimanic seems to have recovered his senses. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Zimanic has eaten all the pies! Zimanic tries to roll over but Alan keeps him under control. Zimanic flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Alan wants to stand but Zimanic has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. Zimanic is positioning himself well to prevent Alan advancing to mount. Alan wants to stand up but Zimanic is controlling the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Zimanic with a lazy takedown attempt letting Alan counter with a right hand. Alan lands a jab to the head.
Zimanic closes the distance but Alan moves to the side and Zimanic takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Zimanic looks to land a combination but Alan avoids it well. Alan throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Zimanic scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
That's three minutes gone in the round. A combination from Zimanic does no damage. Alan misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Zimanic decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Zimanic working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Alan's thigh. Alan counters though and makes it back to full guard. Zimanic wants to control from the top but Alan keeps moving. Alan is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Zimanic is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Zimanic trying to control but Alan is working from the bottom. Zimanic prevents Alan from getting back to his feet. Zimanic sitting in guard, not really doing much. Alan looking for a triangle here. Zimanic is fighting it but it looks tight! Alan pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Zimanic is tapping out - this one is all over!
