Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Des all! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Christopher Reyes! The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Alexandre Firmino and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice sprawl there from Reyes as all shoots in. Reyes misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from all.
A lazy left from Reyes finds it's target. Reyes throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
all looks for a takedown but Reyes sprawls well. Horrible takedown by all or perhaps it was just good defense by Reyes which made him look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Des all. That's going to take a lot out of him. all darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Reyes tries to get to full guard but all has control of the leg.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. all trying to pass the guard but Reyes defending well. all is trying to work for a kimura but Reyes is defending well.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Reyes trying to control from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Christopher Reyes dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Reyes lands with a nice combination. all backs away looking to recover. Reyes throws a right and a left that all avoids nicely. Reyes lunges at all with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by all's hand. all looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Reyes is fending him off so far but all persists. Nope, Reyes circles away and we're back to standing. all shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Reyes pinned against the cage. Reyes gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Reyes fakes high and swings low for a body shot but all manages to avoid it. all shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Reyes pinned against the cage. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. all with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Reyes to score with a decent uppercut. Reyes lands a jab-cross combination.
all is rocked! Reyes cracks all with a left hook right on the temple and all goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Reyes lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully all is OK!
