The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Young gets tackled into the cage by Barley. Barley maintains the clinch.
Barley wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Young escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Barley pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Barley tries to bum rush Young with a series of wild strikes but Young uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

The fight stays on the outside here - Barley looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Young stalks Barley and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Barley's face. Barley staggers backwards, shaken.
Barley keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Barley shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Young sprawls well. Young wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Barley gets slowly back to his feet.

Barley needs to keep his hands up - Young had a free shot at his head there.
Young pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Barley swings for the body but Young moves out of range.
Young keeps the fight on the outside.
Young avoids the head kick by Barley.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

A lazy left from Barley finds it's target.
Barley tries to score a power double leg takedown but Young sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Barley somewhat.

and Young counters with a left and a right that stings Barley.

It looks like Hoppsan Barley has been cut.

Barley shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Young but Young pushes him off and we're back to square one.

and Young counters with a huge uppercut, hook combination that drops Barley! The ref has seen enough - he's dived in to stop the fight! Brutal strikes by Young!
