Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joao Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Dottson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Joao Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Michael Dottson!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Thiago Cunha and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dottson circles away from the clinch attempt
and Dottson counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Silva!
Dottson connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Silva's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Silva is trying desperately to improve position.
Dottson fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Silva trying desperately to get to his feet.
Dottson lands a big shot there that rocks Silva but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Silva tries to lock up and control but Dottson gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Silva flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Silva tries to hold on but Dottson postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Silva suckers Dottson into throwing a sloppy strike and uses the momentum to reverse the position beautifully! Silva is now in Dottson's guard!
Dottson keeping moving, preventing Silva from controlling successfully.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Joao Silva wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Silva fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Nice takedown defense from Dottson. No joy for Silva on that attempt.
Dottson closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Silva did well to prevent Dottson getting side control.
Dottson looks gassed!
Silva desperately trying to maintain half guard.
Silva pushes Dottson off looking to stand but Dottson dives back in and keeps control.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dottson misses with a head shot. Silva uses the momentum to regain guard.
Dottson in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Dottson postures up in Silva's guard and throws a big left but Silva blocks it.
Silva has his feet on Dottson's thighs here. He's pushed Dottson off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Dottson screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
