The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kelly misses with a wild body shot.
Thai misses with a left hand
and Kelly counters with a nice leg kick.
Thai takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Kelly lands a big head kick that sends Thai tumbling to the mat! Kelly takes a step backwards and waves Thai back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Thai is rocked!
It looks like Mui Thai has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kelly gets a clinch.
Oh Thai is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kelly creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Thai's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Thai drops to his knees and Kelly pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jim Kelly!
A very excited looking Jim Kelly rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
