Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

22 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Christian Cong!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cong misses with a hook.
Cong throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Straikker will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A left lands for Cong.
Cong cracks Straikker with an uppercut from hell and Straikker crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Cong's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
Straikker is rocked!
It looks like Keivan Straikker has been cut.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Cong postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Straikker covers up, he's hurt! Cong keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Cong and the ref steps in to end the fight! Cong can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Christian Cong!
