The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gorski walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Silva takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Gorski tries to clinch but Silva moves out of range.

Gorski fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Silva, pushing him back against the cage.
Gorski looking to throw knees to the head but Silva is blocking nicely.

Gorski breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Gorski scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
