Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between uli yeo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Tidwell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tidwell has chosen Papercut as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
yeo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
yeo shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
yeo looks for the body kick but Tidwell saw that one coming.
yeo throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Tidwell shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and yeo counters with a three punch combo that has Tidwell backing up. Tidwell nods at yeo to acknowledge the strikes.

Tidwell darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Tidwell wants to free his trapped foot but yeo is holding on for dear life with his legs.

yeo is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Tidwell's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

Tidwell is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

yeo tries to roll over but Tidwell keeps him under control.

yeo has one foot on Tidwell's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
yeo doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Tidwell counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in yeo's guard now.
Tidwell wants to control from the top but yeo keeps moving.
Tidwell stays in close to yeo's body and controls the position.

Tidwell drops back looking for a leg! yeo is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and yeo manages to kick Tidwell off! Tidwell jumps back into yeo's guard.
yeo wants to sweep but no luck.
Tidwell trying to control the position from guard on top but yeo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

and yeo counters with a shoot takedown. Tidwell fights it but they end up in guard.
yeo advances position into side control!
Tidwell tries to get back to half guard but can't.
yeo wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Tidwell, who protects the arm well.
Tidwell regains half guard.
yeo is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Tidwell is looking to control yeo's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Tidwell avoid being mounted?
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

yeo is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Tidwell doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time yeo.
Tidwell is doing well to control the position and prevent yeo from advancing to side control.
yeo passes to full mount!
yeo postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Tidwell looks a forlorn figure.

Tidwell can't escape the position.
yeo tries to control but Tidwell wriggling away.
yeo stands up from mount. Strange move.
Tidwell shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Tidwell was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
yeo is trying to escape the mount.
Tidwell has hold of yeo's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and yeo manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
The referee warns yeo that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Tidwell looking to control but yeo is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
yeo has given up his back. Will we see Tidwell going for some submissions?
yeo grimaces as he takes a shot to the body.
Tidwell is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. yeo is defending well though. Tidwell let's go of the attempt for now.

Tidwell has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. yeo is defending well but eventually Tidwell manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! yeo has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
