Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Billy Diesel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scott Lewis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Billy Diesel! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Scott Lewis! The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Paulo Santos and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lewis tries to clinch but Diesel moves out of range. Lewis misses the shot to the body. Diesel misses with a straight right. Lewis works over Diesel's head and body with a nice combination. Diesel moves into the clinch. Lewis breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lewis looks for the body kick but Diesel saw that one coming. Diesel avoids the head kick by Lewis.
Lewis checks a leg kick. Diesel closes the distance and pushes Lewis back into the cage. Lewis is trying to break the clinch but Diesel is controlling him. Lewis is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Diesel changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Lewis fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Diesel throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Lewis sees it coming and avoids it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lewis tries to clinch and Diesel counters with a nice double leg into half guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Lewis looks like he's trying to stand up.
Diesel content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Lewis is in trouble now - Diesel has advanced to mount! Lewis really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Diesel. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Lewis has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever. Diesel tries to keep control of the position but Lewis is staying busy.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Diesel has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Lewis is defending well but eventually Diesel manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Lewis has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Billy Diesel!
